Producers' Notes

• All producers must have a current Statement of Compliance on file.

• Do not use 3/4" video tapes for your programs. PATC/Cablevision will be phasing out the 3/4" video machines.

• Remote production workshop are available. Call Erica to reserve your space.

• Cablecast schedule- Our cablecast schedule for Series for the next cycle (Feb.1,2003 - July 31, 2003) will follow this monthly calendar. Please make sure your membership is current and a signed Statement of Compliance is on file.

• Due to lack of space, Producers cannot store scenery or props in the storage room. If you want to use the items in the storage room or the facility, please notify Erica of your set/prop needs prior to your production.

• Remote shoots need to be discussed with Technical Coordinator, Erica Bradley prior to submitting equipment lists.
