| PATC Announces The Sixth Annual |
| "One Act Play Competition" |
The Public Access Television Corporation with support from the North Shore Community Arts Council announces the sixth annual "New Playwrights' Competition". Two winning plays will be cablecast on Public Access Television Channel 20. The guidelines for submissions are the following: Ten/fifteen minutes in length, limited to two or three characters, one set, stamped self-addressed envelope for notification. Multiple submissions are welcome.
Entry fee of $5 for each submission.

Television and theater professionals will judge the competition, with winners announced on August 1, 2003. The prize will be a production of two winning plays on PATC Channel 20, produced and directed by a television professional, plus a one year membership in Public Access Television and a videotape copy of the complete program. The winning entries will be cablecast during 2004.
*Note* The Public Access Television Corporation is a not-for-profit community service organization created by the incorporated villages of Great Neck and Manhasset. PATC provides television equipment and studio facilities free of charge on a first come first served basis to all residents in the incorporated villages of Great Neck and Manhasset who wish to create non-commercial community programming for cable channel 20. Funding for PATC is provided through cable television franchise fees, memberships and grants.
